Perfect location!!!

We had a GREAT stay here. The location is absolutly perfect. Some hotels say they are a block away from Disney when in fact they are much further. This Best Western literally is right across the street from the main gate. I am pregnant and by the end of the day was exhausted from walking, but the short walk back to the hotel was fine. It was so clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Eating in the park is definitely expensive. There are plenty of restaurants right outside near the hotel which are cheapter. It’s worth the short walk outside the main gate.

Great location - Parking is tight

The hotel has an excellent location across the street from Disneyland and near the crosswalk into the park. We were pleased with the room over all. It looked a little worn but was very clean and the beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows to choose from. We were there for four nights but the toiletries were never replenished so bring your own shampoo and hand lotion or be prepared to request more. We really liked the wall mounted air conditioner that was very quiet and quickly cooled the room without blasting cold air on one bed as so many of the below the window coolers do. The parking lot is tiny and cramped. Many cars were forced to park end to end along the wall opposite the marked spaces making it difficult to pull out of the regular spaces without backing into them. This is a nice convenient hotel for those who want as clean place to stay and rest during a visit to Disneyland.

Not impressed

the air conditioner was very old, it suddenly loud woke me up a couple of times. between that you can hear the other room kids coughing during the night. won’t back again.

it was okay...

We have stayed at the bwai before and had a better time. This last time we were called after 11 pm and told we’d had a noise complaint but they were not sure if it was us or not....hmmm. Well I do have a one-year old, who was asleep at the time, and the tv was on. I sincerely doubt that was enough noise to be complained about. Either the complaining guests were way over sensitive or the hotel staff was too eager to please one guest at the expense of the other. After this last experiance I am considering other hotels for our next visit to orange county.

Good Location

Very conveinent to Disneyland. Room was what I expected for the price.

Very adequate but no breakfast

We were only in the room to sleep so we couldn’t really take advantage of any other services they may have to offer. The only thing lacking that we would have liked is a continental breakfast like most of the other Disney area motels offered. We tried to book such a motel but none were available.

Great for going to Disneyland

This Hotel was great for me because it gave me free wireless internet access and it is right across the street from Disneylands main gate. Tony Romas and Deny’s were right outside my door practically and above all the hotel service was great.

make sure to pack the right clothes acording to the weather such as coats or sweaters and umbrellas in case it rains.

Great Bargain

We stayed at this hotel on a trip to Disneyland. The hotel was right across the street from the park, which was so convenient! The room had a small fridge and microwave, which was nice for drinks and leftovers. The staff was extremely helpful and let my husband make copies for work and called to see if we needed anything when we passed on room service. The only negative thing I can say is that the heater was very loud, which made it hard to sleep through. However, all in all the hotel was a great deal and we’d stay there again when we go back to Disneyland.

Eat at Denny’s next to the hotel. It’s much cheaper than eating in the park.

Great Hotel

Soo close to disneyland-right across the main gates. Also next to dennys-perfect. The room was clean and tidy!

Convenient but dirty

The hotel staff was nice and gave us a complimentary room next adjacent to ours so that we can have a kitchen, but the room was very smelly, like something fruity was spilled and not quite cleaned up. The carpet makes your socks black. It was noisy because it was below the stairs, and the AC sucked in cigarette smoke from the alley where the restaurant workers took their breaks. It was convenient across the street from Disneyland, but so were all the other hotels in this price range. I’d rather pay more than stay at this quality hotel.

Convenient, Close to Disneyland

This hotel is nice because it is really close to Disneyland, and a Denny’s for some mmm mmm tasty food. Other than that, it’s a fairly standard 2 1/2 star chain motel. I assume the relatively high score from Expedia reviewers has to do with the location, because the quality was notably ordinary. The room was a decent size (King bed room), and the bathroom was in pretty good shape (a BIG deal to me). The carpet was ok, except for a few stains. The bed was a bit saggy, but not as bad as some places I’ve stayed. The overall room decor is very plain, if not functional. One plus was there was both a mini-fridge and a microwave. Also included was a coffee maker with a few packs of coffee. Room noise was not bad, but not exceptional. You could easily hear people walk by outside, but overhead and next door was fairly muted. Again, the main draw of this place is the location. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the front gate, and since it is on the opposite side of Downtown Disney, it’s a lot less crowded getting through security or getting in a ticket line. The hotel was not much more than what I expected, but it did have a few nice extras. I would recommend this motel to anyone who wants a convenient walk to Disneyland. Don’t expect 5-star luxury, but if you spend all day at the parks, it’s fine just to lay your head at night. Plus there are several food options close by.

i plan on staying there again. it was so close to the park. the people who work there were really nice. the room was clean. great place for family.

Great Hotel!!

This hotel was great. It was so close to the main gate entrance that we could walk back to the hotel to rest and go back in the evening. We traveled with a infant that needed milk, so the refrigerator was a blessing. The hotel was clean and we had great service from the front desk. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. I know our family will be visiting them again.

Air Conditioner

The room was extremely stuffy. The air conditioner wouldn’t work and when it finally turned on after two days, it was so loud it drowned out our conversation. Other than this, the hotel was clean, conveniently located to Disneyland. The staff were very friendly. I would stay at this hotel again.

Disneyland is conveniently located across the street and Denny’s is next door. This makes eating and play time easily accessed.

Close to Disneyland but noisy

The location is fabulous, right across the street from the parks. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was clean and had all the necessary ammenities. The major drawback was the noise. The AC unit was very noisy and my room had adjoining rooms on either side. I could very cleary hear the crying child on one side and the loud talkers on the other. I recommend staying during the week and off peak times when the adjoining rooms will more likely be vacant. The location and pleasantness of the staff made it fine for a few days stay.

Decent room, loud air conditioner

The room was good for the money paid and the location to Disneyland was awesome. The only things I didn’t like was the loud air conditioner and the twin beds. I wish they had at least queen size.

Great stay

This hotel is a great hotel to stay in if you are going to Disneyland. It is literally across the street and easy to walk to. The room was clean and the service was nice. I will definitely stay there again.

Convenient if you are going Disneyland

Just across the road to the entrance of Disneyland. Hotel is clean but air-conditioner is relatively noisy and i was woken up a few times each night because of it. Well, don’t expect too much if you are willing to pay high prices for Disneyland resorts/hotels. But it is good enough since you are going to spend most of your days out at the themeparks.
