Not so freindly staff
The staff were not very friendly. They are money driven and demand big tips. They charged 4 derhams (about a dollar) for each print out in the business section.
They can put extra bed in your room if you travel with a child, however they make it so difficult and unheard of, in order to charge you high price. I paid 120 AED extra for every night, although I booked for 2 adults and a 12 years old child through expedia.

Friendly and efficient srevice
Staff were very friendly and all service was quick and efficient. The outdoor pool was also clean and tidy. Overall great stay!

The most expinsive soft drinks
the prices for soft drinks and water are very outrages. one cole more than 20 dhm. outside one dhm.

Dubai Stay
This hotel was excellent. It was very clean and the service was fantastic. When you ordered room service it was delivered within 25 to 30 min. The food was excellent. The prices were reasonable. It was rated a four star hotel but it should have been a five star hotel. The people there were very nice and courteous. I will be back there to stay again. There were alot of activities going on at this hotel.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Stores were open until 12:00AM. We also went to the gold souk but prices were very high. You can get gold here for alot less. Clothes were also priced high. There are alot of malls to shop at.
