We booked a 2-bedroom suite. It appeared the room had had a fairly recent renovation. A nice large living area with a working fireplace. Complete kitchen with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet despite its proximity to the airport. It featured 3 TVs, one in each bedroom and the living room and 2 complete baths. Although not exactly a garden spot, it was a very convenient place to stay to catch an early morning flight.

I am at this Residence Inn as I am writing this. Hotel was renovated and was done over very nicely. There is no smoking in rooms, so no foul order. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Nice kitchen with full refrigerator, stove with oven, and microwave. Clean. Wireless internet working just fine for me. Check-in was painless. The topper though was the FREE breakfast. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, and I have been in many hotels in many areas, and the cook came out and actually talked to us travelers. Great! Have been to almost all the other hotels in the vicinity, but this one tops them.

I made a reservation via internet, called at 8:30 p.m. the day of my intended stay (to ensure I still had a reservation, since I was running late), was told by desk clerk at the hotel that I did still have a reservation and that she would see us soon, arrived at the hotel after being delayed in airports all day long with my 3 tired/cranky kids only to be told that my room had been GIVEN AWAY. The desk clerk also stated that, in addition to me, 7 OTHER people had been bumped that night by mistake. Only thing was, the desk clerk didn't seem to care much that all this had happened!
Even after all this, I was offered NOTHING to make up for this hotel's mistakes. What a HORRIBLE way to do business! BEWARE!!!!

This room was perfect for our family, almost. It was a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, kitchen and living room. We have 3 kids and it would have been perfect if we had been able to get the crib we had asked for for our baby. The rooms are nice and seem to have been recently renovated. Bathrooms were very clean, but small (separate room for toilet and tub).

We had called a few days ahead of time to request a crib and were told no problem. We did not bring our pack n play on the promise of a crib. When we arrived, I asked about it and was told it would be brought to our room. Never came. I called 2 more times to ask about it and while the person at the desk was always courteous and said it would be taken care of, it never came. Baby ended up sleeping in bed with us, so not a restful night!

Also, could not get internet connection to work, despite calling help line.

Breakfast was pretty good...eggs, waffles, french toast, sausage, cereal, etc.

So, if you don't need a crib and internet, this place is great! Good deal for the price.
