Our studio suite was very spacious with a sofa and armchair. As with all Residence Inn's, there was a full kitchen. Large closet and plenty of drawer space. Our bathroom vanity drawers had seen better days, but were clean. 2 huge windows in the room, one with a window that you could open. Had some problems with the internet. We faced a parking lot--not much of a view. They had a recyclable basket in the kitchen...great idea! Mangers reception offered chili and pirogies (odd combo). Breakfast was as always, very plentiful--something for everyone.
All rooms offer exterior entry. This is a 2 story hotel with no elevators. Reminds me more of an apartment complex then a hotel. Nice meandering walkways. Outdoor pool and basketball court located near the main building (building 1) which also houses an small exercise room. Business center was a computer and printer in the lobby on a stand, no desk.
There was always a security guard walking around, not sure why....?? The area is next to an airport--not many things to do. Convenient to highway. Center of Philly was about 20 minutes away--found driving around Philly to be confusing, thank goodness for Garmin!
Within walking distance to the hotel was the Hilton. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Our surroundings were nothing to speak about--
We were in town for a hockey game in Aston, Pa...we were 20 minutes away and that worked fine for us--easy drive. Average room rate was $200/night for a studio, we got ours for less than $90 thanks to Priceline. I'm not 100% certain, but I think the hotel only offers Studio and 2 bedroom Suites.
