We spent 2 nights here, July 2nd and 3rd. We booked the Miners Rest, the only room in which pets are allowed. This is in a building at the back of the property which adjoins the original old mine. ...more

Stayed 2 nights. One family member stayed on the 2nd floor and I stayed on the 1st floor. This mansion is going through a lot of refurbishing (& needs it), but if you like history, this is the place....more
